Interest & Bank Fee Premium

Having to pay a bank fee because your customer wrote a bad check is never a pleasant experience, especially since bank fees are continuing to rise throughout the nation. Even more frustrating is the fact that if you don’t collect on that bad check, you have lost inventory, too.

With this premium receive reimbursement of your bank fees and interest from the day a consumer’s check is written until the day the claim is paid.

Error Protection Premium

Mistakes happen but they shouldn’t cost you money. If your clerk happens to make a mistake by:

• Receiving an approval number but forgetting to write it on the check

We’ve found that errors make up less than 4% of our claims. With Error Protection, CrossCheck will cover five times this amount. Errors are covered up to your check approval limit. Error Protection Premium is essential for any busy establishment – especially those with high employee turnover.

COD – Check On Delivery

Our "no risk" COD premium takes the worry out of shipping merchandise to your customers. You can authorize their check payment before you send your merchandise out. The authorization process takes only a few seconds but will save you from dealing with a bounced check, or no check at all, weeks later.

Simply let us know the expected amount of the check payment and your customer’s phone number for authorization. Should the amount on the check change, just update it.
